All food and beverage products are non-returnable and non refundable unless :
- The products received are not what you ordered
- The products were damaged on dispatch
- The products are incorrect in terms of quantity ordered If any of the above occur then you must notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery at email@example.com
- Make good any shortage or non delivery
- Replace any products that are defective, damaged or incorrect in terms of selection or quantity
- Refunds may be occasionally offered at the discretion of the management.
